The CEO of, Attorney At Law Hillman
J. Toombs and Associates, P.C. is Hillman James Toombs. He
was born in Columbus, Georgia and attended William Henry Spencer
High School, graduate of the class of 1967. Mr. Toombs was
an employee of Norfolk Southern Railroad, in several different
positions, for approximately twenty years before opening his
law firm. Mr.Toombs is licensed to
practice law throughout the state of Georgia, in all state
courts, federal courts and the Unites States Supreme Court.
Professionally he is a
member of the Georgia Bar Association, National Bar Association,
American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, Gate City Bar Association, Clayton County Bar Association,
Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and The One Hundred Black Men
of South Metro.
